Private coaching will include 1 on 1 training sessions added to your plans.
During this session, there will be a warm-up before activities begin, an explanation of the equipment being used, proper form while exercising, and a cool-down stretch.

I believe that flexible dieting is the best way to incorporate tasty foods while still remaining within your calculated macros. I will provide you with the tools you need to get started on better eating habits.
